Matcha Green Tea Smoothie Bowl


It's 3:30pm and I haven't had any caffeine yet (a rarity for me) and i'm still buzzing after this morning's smoothie bowl and it's definitely due to this organic matcha powder I added to my smoothie bowl this morning! Do yourself a favour and buy it here. Unlike spirulina, the flavour of matcha is not at all overwhelming. It's full of antioxidants (137x more than green tea!), supports immune function, boosts metabolism and increases focus and alertness.

What you'll need:
2 frozen small/medium ripe bananas
1-1/2 frozen mango cheeks
150ml JT'S coconut water or coconut water of choice

How you'll make it:
Blend. Top with whatever your heart desires. Keep it fresh or burry it in granola. Whatever you do, you're gonna be buzzing for the rest of the day.
