Chia puddings are such a great breakfast if you're on the go because you prepare them the night before, and they keep you full for ages too! Chuck them in a jar and pack your toppings in a little ziplock bag and munch on the train to uni or work.
-3 tbsps chia seeds
-1/2 cup coconut water or milk of choice
-1/3 cup yoghurt of choice
-1 banana

Additional:
Frozen/fresh berries
Any fruit you want
Honey/maple syrup/coconut sugar
Cinnamon
Leave in the fridge overnight, and top with fresh fruit/dried fruit, buckinis, oats, nuts, coconut chips- whatever your heart desires- in the morning.
