Raw Cheesecake


I don't know about you guys, but i'm a giant raw cheesecake fan. This is a recipe I made up that is a little less nut based because I find they can be a bit heavy sometimes! 


Serves 2! (1 serving showed)
Base: 

-2/3 cup raw oats 
-1/4 cup cashews and almonds 
-1/4 shredded coconut 
-10 small dates 
-tablespoon coconut oil 
-two tablespoons maple syrup or honey
Topping: 
-600ml coconut cream 
-juice of a lemon 
-4 heaped tbsps chia seeds 
Refridgerate overnight and top with whatever your heart desires in the morning!
