Muesli mania









The secret is finally out! My beloved muesli recipe! 
Now I usually make it in single servings because that way it's still slightly warm and toasty and just the best way you can possibly have muesli, however i'm sure you can make it in bulk to save time, just use bulk ingredients!


Single serving base recipe:
-1/2 cup muesli

-tblsp coconut oil
-tblsp maple syrup or rice malt syrup
Additionals:
-handful nuts (cashews, walnuts, almonds, pistachios- whatever!)
-hanful dried fruit (goji berries, currants, sultanas, apple, banana, mulberries- whatever!) 
-sprinkle coconut chips
-sprinkle buckinis


Chuck in a pan all together and stir until it looks golden + crunchy. 
Alternatively, chuck it in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until desired goldeness and crunchyness.


Toppings:
wet: coconut yoghurt, non dairy milk of choice, coconut water
fruit: banana, apple, peach, fig, strawberries, etc
additional: cinnamon, coconut sugar
