This morning's breakfast of a banana caramel nicecream was enjoyed in my lovely new bed from IKEA (which I put together all by myself myself! I am so incredibly proud, my flatpack-put-together skills are another thing that is lax)
I am absolutely in love with the white, simplistic bedroom theme at the moment- accentuated with raw timber and a bit of greenery. Truly, it speaks to me.
Recipe for the nana icecream:
- 3 big ripe frozen lady finger bananas
- splash (maybe half a cup?) of soy milk
- 4 big juicy dates
- tablespoon coconut sugar
Blend those all up till you have desired consistency and top with whatever your heart desires. I topped mine with coconut chips, walnuts, cashews and buckinis.
