If you, like me, are intensely lazy and can't be bothered to make anything that requires more than 2 minutes and 4 ingredients of your time-- this smoothie is for you! 

Ingredients:
handful of spinach
handful of dates
2 large bananas500ml-ish unsweetened almond milkBlend. Chuck in a cute jar if you have the motivation, or drink it straight out of the blender! Too easy!
