Ingredients:
- 2 cups buckwheat groats
- 1/3 cup goji berries
- 1/3 cup pepitas
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup raw cashews
- 1/3 cup raw almonds
- 1/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup inca berries
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional, you don't need it!)
Mix together and place on one or two large baking trays (depending on size) lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for approx 20 minutes, turning in between.
